Lynn’s grandmother turned 98 this month. Lynn’s uncle David and aunt Elaine came down to help celebrate. It was truly great to see them. Here are some photos.

Another year, another awesome Oktoberfest. We met up with our group of friends we see every year. It was good to see Sean Jewett and Jason Mazzo. I think I’ll make sure we see them before next Oktoberfest.

What made the day complete, however, was the performance of Denny Diamond, our favorite Neil Diamond impersonator. 

Lynn couldn’t go, so I went with Bryan De Cuir. I must say that was a fun game. It was especially nice since I hate Auburn. Here are some photos from the game. Auburn fans started leaving with more than 9 minutes to go. I never thought I’d see that. The second photo is what I’d call the Auburn fan walk of shame.

One last thing. Apparently we’ve been sitting in the wrong seats for the last two home games. I’ll never understand how we were able to do that for two games, and no one noticed. Our seats are actually around the 30 yard line. They’re still good seats as you can see from the photos.
