Since ‘Bama is off this week, I thought I’d post this photo of Murphy rockin’ his ‘Bama gear.

What can I say? He loves playing with trash.

It looks like my dog is trying to tell me something.

This is my dad, and our dog Murphy. No doubt, you’ve seen photos of Murphy before. Dad was the one who actually rescued him, so Murphy still has a strong bond with my dad. In case you haven’t noticed, my dad and I are big softies when it comes to dogs.

Here are a couple more photos of Murphy getting used to our guests. The first image is with Moayad’s cousin, Mohammed. He doesn’t live with us, but he is often here. The other picture is with Fouzan, the other student who lives with us. Understand the photos are in low light and taken with a cell phone camera. Even the iPhone can’t do miracles with a cell phone camera.

This is a photo of one of the students living with us and our dog. He is in Nashville learning English at the International English Institute. Our other student, Fouzan, is starting to get along with Murphy after some initial trouble. Murphy almost instantly bonded with Moayad.

What would we do if world peace could be achieved in this manner?

We’ve got a great dog park near our house. Murphy loved it. Here are some photos. BTW, we’re on Day 14 of the mailbox watch.

Get used to seeing plenty of Murphy pics. Needless to say, I love this dog. Of course there will be plenty of other stuff, but he provides daily content. In this photo, he’s telling me to hurry up and wake up. Apparently the day is a-waistin’!
